Ribbon!

I Love Ribbon. Really. More than most people, I am sure. Because even though I have yards and yards of ribbon at home in my closet, today....I think I need this ribbon too. The only problem is, it only comes in huge quantities. Like, for example, that cute pink and green striped ribbon...$17 for a 100 yard spool. Seriously, it's a deal...and it's SO cute. But 100 yards? That would last me forever. 100 Yards is the smallest quantity I can order at that killer deal of a price. So for me, today, I am just going to blog about ribbon. Isn't it cute? And if you want to buy some of your own?? Check it out at www.ribbonfactory.com but if you decide to buy some...maybe we can split it up? ;)

Once Again...

It's been forever since I've posted here. It's been a really busy time since I was last here. First there was girl's camp, which was SO fun. More on that later. Then, the Monday following camp I had surgery on my ankle again. This time to remove some of the hardware that they put in last December. The surgery went well...and then I was down for about 2 weeks with pain, etc. They kept telling me before the surgery how it was going to be such an "easy" procedure. Very simple...only 30 minutes under anesthesia, etc. They did not mention that the fact they would be digging something out of my bone would be painful. And that the holes left in the bone would need to heal similarly to a broken bone, and I would be back wearing the crazy big aircast "boot" for 5 weeks. Anyway, these are my reasons for not posting sooner... :) I think they are good ones. Lesson learned? Me and Lortab do not mix well. It makes me nauseous, and at larger doses gives me "rebound headaches". The good news, however? My ankle isn't swelling like mad anymore! This is really the most exciting thing of all...because I haven't had to ice my ankle in over a week!
